This is not the first time we have seen such confusion has in Lee��s camp. When Kim said he met Lee for the first time back in February of 1999, the GNP said the presidential candidate was not even in Korea at that time. In response, people close to Kim said that matter could be verified quickly if immigration and customs office records are screened. When Kim was being brought back to Korea, Lee said he should return. But the candidate��s own lawyers in the U.S. applied for a delay in the Korean-American businessman��s extradition.
It is common sense that a spokesman in the midst of a presidential campaign should know and be prepared to answer any question regarding the party��s candidate. But the GNP��s spokespeople appear to know very little about the issues surrounding Lee,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Even Lee��s close aides say they don��t know what��s going on,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. That��s because Lee has compartmentalized the organizational structure of his election camp and the party so that each group only has certain pieces of information,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
To take an example from his own area of expertise, that is like the head of a construction company giving direct orders to the carpenters and plasterers but leaving company executives ignorant about what��s happening on the construction site.
